Burlington Beer Works Co-op

Great new brewery in downtown Burlington. Great beer and good food selection. They have wine and a full bar. You can sit outside on the sidewalk or enjoy inside. It recently opened and hope for its success.

Food is excellent. Beer and wine are first rate. Beer goes down almost too easily. Prices are appropriate, although I think the wine is good enough that they could charge one more dollar per glass and not upset anyone. Crowd has a good vibe. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts, because these are ones you for sure write home about. They're still finding staff. Unfortunately, Burlington isn't known for personnel who know service, so they need to step up the internal training program. Overall, you need to become a regular and forgive the less-than-stellar service. Burlington needs this co-op, and the Board is working diligently to make it work, even serving the customers themselves. They will get to 100%, just spend your money here so they can be successful enough to make it happen in the long game. We're in!

We've been here several times and the food and beer have been good! I love the brunch menu! My Glencoe burger and truffle fries were so delicious! I wish the dinner menu had a few more options, but maybe that's a goal for later on? Not sure if there's a kid's menu, but that might be nice too! The main thing I would like to see is a designated "host" stand. The sign out front says "please see host," but really it should say "stand near the doorway looking confused until someone sees you and tells you to sit wherever!" This has happened to everyone I've seen come in during the times that we've been here. We love coming to downtown Burlington and it's nice to have this beer co-op here! We'll definitely be back!

Excellent downtown brewery! We came here for the first time to try their beers and appetizers. We had nothing but good things to say about each of the beers we sampled. The appetizers were great and one of us had a burger that was excellent. Great job with the decor in the building! We didn't venture up to the second floor or rooftop but the 1st floor was awesome, including the beautiful hand-crafted tables! Can't wait to get back there to see the remainder of the building and try some flights :)
