Carver's Restaurant

Had heard of CARVERS before but had never tried eating there. We were pleasantly surprised were greeted by one of the owners who seated us.
WE both had the beef and gravy over rice with apples and green beans.
The meal was hot and very very good. While eating the server kept checking on us along with the owner.
Will we return you dang right got to go back for the Oysters which they serve year round. The menu offers a wide variety of daily specials and most of the foods that are served in the family style restaurants.
Prices are in line with other area eateries in the area. Though we live in northeast Guilford County we travel to Burlington for most of our eating out adventures as well as other shopping needs.
Go and give these locals a try and I think you will agree that their food is worth the trip.

Food was good. The food coming out to the table after ordering was a little slow. Staff was friendly.

Awesome place to eat. Good down home cooking. The only place left that you can get RED EYE gravy for breakfast. They have the freshest Chesapeake Oysters you'll find anywhere weekly.

Local restaurant with all the niceties that implies. Nice people, good food. Can't go wrong with the daily specials.

Food is good and of good quality. Definitely a place we like to visit while in town visiting family. Salad bar is the best with a wide selection of fresh greens and vegetables.
Restaurant is clean, friendly staff, and the food is of good quality.
