“I enjoy the delightful lunch at Highway 55 today. I got a free sample of the ice cream flavor of the day, the meal was served hot and fresh and was very well priced. The staff was very friendly and my waiter checked in on the often to make sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant is well space that easy to move around as well as very clean. I will definitely return here for future meals.”

“We came on mother's day (just for brunch rather than to celebrate) and they fit us in without a reservation last-minute. We both had shrimp and grits (which was really good!) but had other tasty looking options available. They have vegan and gluten free options as well. This is a quaint, with historic architecture vibes restaurant that you should definitely check out in downtown Mebane.”

“Very nice place with a outdoor patio. The bartender and staff were extremely friendly. A nice selection of cocktails that are well made. I don't eat sweets however the dark chocolate raspberry cheesecake was very good. There is also parking which is a huge plus in downtown Mebane. This is more of a upscale place with several tv's playing sport events.”

“Roy came out to my very old house, the electrical has been messed up for a while. The previous owner did some crazy wiring to a few parts of my house. Roy came in and took every outlet and switch and chased down every wire, replaced outlets with the correct outlet and re-wired in the correct order. Now my house works perfectly. I would definitely use Roy again!”

“Catrinas is one of my favorite places to eat in Mebane. The food is great, the drink prices are reasonable and I enjoy the atmosphere. However, the service is lacking at times. It often takes the servers a while to get back to the table and you have to ask them for refills on simple things like water. One server CONSISTENTLY asks what you want to drink before you even sit down at the table (we have had her twice). This place would be a lot better if their wait staff was more attentive and they had more training.”

“I've edited this place like 6 times as non existent & every single time I edit it they reject it. They tore this place completely down in early 2018 and it's no longer there because they widened the road and now a new lane of the road goes through the old parking lot where the sonic was. They redone the roads here due to heavy interstate traffic and to make the flow of traffic much easier because when it was originally built Mebane was a very small town and Mebane was nowhere near as big or popular of a place as it is now. Anyways back to the point. THIS PLACE DOES NOT EXIST. So don't waste your time driving here cause the only thing you'll see is some dirt and gravel and not a footlong coney dog and if you do find a Sonic restaurant here give me a call cause I need to get some of whatever you are smoking. If for some odd reason you can't eat anything else from the other 10,000+ food places in Alamance County & you need to go to Sonic the only one left anywhere around here is located at 3431 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215.”

“The food was amazing and the service was great. I always enjoy cracker barrel and I'm glad they are the same everywhere ya go. I got the Wednesday special broccoli cheese chicken and it was fantastic. It was very tender and juicy and I was able to slice it with my fork. They have amazing daily specials. My over all experience was great and I highly recommend thos cracker barrel for a good meal.”

“This place was clean and tasted good, just as I expected. I only gave this 4 stars because it was really hard to communicate with the people about my order. It may be just my experience at that single visit, but it seemed the people making my tacos were assuming things or not hearing me well. But they didn't say they couldn't hear me. It was just uncomfortable trying to communicate with them in a way that I don't often experience when ordering things. Disclaimer: although it wasn't busy at all when I got there, my visit was on May 5th, so maybe they already had a long day up until then.”

“First time customers - the meal is pretty good. The soup is a bit too salty for my taste and so is the ginger dressing and ginger sauce. The cream sauce is spot on and the ranch dressing is amazing! Initially, I wasn’t impressed because the waitress was sitting at the bar and since this was our first time we weren’t sure if we seat ourselves or not. So we asked, across the restaurant, because she didn’t get up, and she just nodded her head that we seat ourselves. It didn’t seem very welcoming. The waitress that served us was wonderful though! We ended up eating a few bites of our food and then just packed it to go because it was unbearably hot in the restaurant. We will be back, but probably just to pick up a take-out order.”
