“The food and staff are great. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is the fact that, combined with KFC, it sows down the service dramatically. The emphasis is focused on the drive thru more than inside. Understandably, but it needs more attention to eat in or carry out customers. They are the ones that have the face to face contact. Definitely should focus more on the fundamentals of how the business was built instead of the fast money.”

“Bojangles is very inconsistent. Sometimes everything is great but my last couple of visits have been disappointing. My wife and I usually get the 4 piece tenders meal and the last couple of times the chicken seemed burnt like it was sitting under the heat for too long, and our fries were brown because the oil hasn't been changed. Also, the price of this meal has gone up $2 in the past 5-6 years so it would be nice to receive a good meal when we visit. This used to be the most consistent fast food in town too.”
