    This is a very cute little fudge shop next to the animal exhibits at Grandfather Mountain. There was quite a lot of flacors to choose from so there is something for every sweet tooth. The ladies that worked there were very friendly and helpful. We were given free samples to see which type of fudge we liked the best. They also had ice cream and akme novelty candy toy items. The shop has a large walk around porch with a lovely view. Prices were about average, the fudge was sweet and flavorful. Enjoyable experience for sure!

    Any time your visiting Grandfather Mountain, make sure you stop by the fudge shop to get their awesome fudge. Help support this place for future visitors to enjoy. This is one of North Carolina's best natural scenic spots preserved for all to enjoy and learn from. Whether your trail hiking with beautiful views or crossing the swinging bridge to feel the wind roaring up the gorge underneath you blowing your hair straight up in the air. Be sure to visit the gift shop, restaurant and again I say, "Fudge Shop".

    Very friendly staff! Free samples and the fudge is delicious!! Large piece for a good price.
