Great place to eat. Best cheese biscuit ever

Turkey wings shouldn't stew in BBQ sauce that strong. They're very tender, but the flavor is over powering. The cheese biscuits are only good fresh. An hour or two out, and they become a monstrosity. The collards are fabulous, and some of the workers are nice. Really a roll of the dice.

Vegetables taste like they were just heated out of can with no added seasonings. Bbq taste like they only added vinegar for flavoring. Heavy on the vinegar. Ribs baked with heavy sauce added after cooking. Nice (sides) portion size. Food was hot. Gravy, out of the jar taste. Baked chicken was so salty couldn't eat. Sweet tea watered down. Dessert is $2 extra. Cake, store brought, not homemade. I did the buffet. Which is 2 trips only. With 2 meats and 2 sides each time. They serve you the food. This was my first time there. Maybe they were having a bad day. Customer service was great. Large seating area and very clean. Clean restroom as well.

Great buffet, all day, every day. True eastern Carolina style barbecue, chicken, and country sides. Don't let the small size of the restaurant fool you. They serve you at the buffet and you only get 2 trips, but trust me, it's all the delicious food you can handle with good service at a clean location. Plus it's right beside highway 13 for easy access

Was a little skeptical at first when I saw the small building, but boy was I pleased. Their BBQ and slaw was very tasty along with the fried chicken. But my overall favorites were the collards and hush puppies. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stop by there on our next trip through Windsor.
