    The owner and staff are so friendly, and the ice cream is great. I tried the Espresso Chip flavor, and it was awesome! My waffle cone was fresh and crunchy. I highly recommend Build a Sundae, and will definitely be a repeat customer!

    Very nice and polite staff. Excellent choices of ice cream. Great hours of operation. Games for families or anyone for that matter on the tables. Little children's tables. Very good experience. I am local so I will most definitely be back. Generous with the toppings also, very fresh. 10/10 if you're in the slice of paradise known as ocean isle beach, I highly recommend this place.

    We were greeted by staff the moment we walked in the door. They offered free samples as we tried to make our selection. So many choices. Turns out my wife asked for two different "half scoops" and the server DID IT!!! Wow I was impressed. They seem to have just One rule there......the customer has to be happy ... That's it. And they make it their job to make you happy. The smiles are contagious at this place!!

    Delicious ice cream, clean little shop, and friendly staff. I watched the owner, Ms. Donna personally say hello to every customer and the lady behind the counter was attentive and friendly to me as I made my order. It is obviously well maintained and cared for. I love the flavor and topping variety; the quality of the ice cream is top notch.

    Nicest owners and staff and best ice cream. I cannot say enough nice stuff about this place. I can't understand how anyone could say any different. Will def be back!
