Shoals Club

Only visited as part of a tour of the island, but the views and beach access are unparalleled. All interactions with staff were pleasant and friendly. Facilities seem very well maintained.

I have been going there since last and I like it very much. The Staff are always very nice and helpful from the entrance, the bar, food service and poolside. There is also a separate, shallow Kid's pool. At different times I have seen bands and DJs there which wwere entertaining. The view of the ocean just adds to the whole experience.

I am a Below Knee Amputee and found it VERY easy to get in and out of the pool without my prosthesis; leaving it wrapped in a towel under a tree by the stairs. I would do this multiple times per day. The salt water makes it very easy to float and there is seating in the water along the sides. There is a Handicap accessible ramp to the pool and a lift to help from a wheelchair into the water.

A great place to visit on Bald Head island! !..the amenities are outstanding, the Shoals Club is a one off creation,befitting and complement ing the rest of the island treasures.....all in a natural setting,in harmony with the seashore.....good stuff....cost good money....its not cheap,and never was mean,t to be so....a visit will be memories for a life time....we love it! ! !

My daughter's wedding was here in April. Everyone on the staff was so professional and efficient. If there were glitches, they were quickly and efficiently addressed. The reception was simply magical. It felt like we were in a Grace Kelly movie. The Shoals club was a stunning setting. All of the food was delicious! Our guests raved. There were several picky, widely traveled foodies in the crowd and they were very impressed! Thank you helping to make my daughter's dream wedding come true!
