Oliver's on the Cape Fear

My shrimp and grits were delicious. Shrimp was fresh. I felt some water drop on me coming from the ceiling. It might have been from cooling systems. The waiter was very pleasant.

Had lunch here before leaving for RDU. Great atmosphere and service. Mike was especially helpful and was glad to answer questions. Our server Andrea was cheerful and efficient. The small Caesars Salad was perfect. I had the Calabash Platter and only the flounder was a bit disappointing. My wife's dinner salad was excellent.

The service was excellent. Everyone was smiling, courteous and so attentive. The food was fabulous too! The oysters casino and the soft shell crab bites we so good and great starters. The Calabash platter and the crab cakes were the best I have had here in the Wilmington area. The is a must go to place!

Had a great meal to celebrate Father's Day. Our server was Eric and the service and attention was impeccable. Food was delicious and ambience was perfect. We were seated right next to the window and saw several ships come by. Manager was very interactive with us and other guests. Great waterfront dining experience! Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful food. Beautiful view. Fantastic staff and manager. My husband and I visited yesterday with three of our children. Our youngest son is 15 months with Dwarfism. The space inside the restaurant is quaint and intimate. Our son is unable to sit up unassisted and feed himself. The staff and manager were so wonderful and made plenty of room for our stroller so our son could sit at the table with us. They were so accommodating and the salmon and oysters were some of the best we had ever had; not to mention a variety of items to choose from on their kids menu. We will be back to happily spend more money!!!!
