Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

Always good food. Their bar b que chicken is excellent. Could drink the red sauce. Staff always nice.

My mom and I were very pleased with the food we received from Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q!!! We got the Snack Dark meat, which consists of a chicken leg, chicken thigh, and french fries (but my mom swapped the french fries with potato salad). And it was all great!!!

Best fried chicken and chicken tenders I've ever had at a restaurant. Shrimp plate is also good. Tasty iced tea.

Food was great, banana pudding great as always. Cannot say how great hush puppies were. Only problem we had was in Willington N C. 2 stores in town, on closed for remodel (understandable of course), the other had a fire in store and became closed a few days before. Why do they not update on Google to indicate closed stores? Drive 10 miles out if way to find store closed . It SUCKED

They are located right off of highway 17 near the Harris Teeter and the Jersey Mike’s. Right up the road from two hotels in Leland (less than a mile away) so it’s close by for travelers that are staying in the area. You can drive through or dine inside. Food is served quickly and is always good. I have never ate anything there I didn’t like. Both the chicken and the bbq is delicious and I tend to be very picky about chicken, so that’s saying a lot!! It’s crispy and seasoned on the outside while remaining juicy and flavorful on the inside! The staff is ALWAYS extremely polite and super helpful. I have only been given incorrect food once in the many, many times I have been there. And when I tell you they went above and beyond what was needed to correct the easily made and easily fixed mistake and make sure we fully satisfied, I mean it!! I always recommend them for BBQ (puked pork) in the nearby local area! Defiantly worth the stop.
