(May 21, 2019, 12:06 am)The sauces, cheeses, toppings taste great however I've eaten here 4x and the dough itself is never cooked enough. Instead of being crispy it's flops and if u order a lot of toppings w oil it tastes soggy. I don't mind waiting a bit longer for my pizza to taste wood fired instead of like a drunken experiment. Good luck guys..like your atmosphere.

(April 18, 2019, 9:12 pm)I always enjoy my time at Blaze. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their gluten free crust is phenominal and they'll even change gloves and use fresh sauce scoops so it lessens the chance of cross contamination. The pizza topping are always fresh and the atmosphere is inviting!
