(March 17, 2019, 6:08 pm)I've been to all of the local DD and with the exception of N. Asheville and this one, the others are beyond bad. The crew at Biltmore seems to have pride in their work. They stir your coffee, remember your order, they are polite, say hello and goodbye and thank you when you tip them. I really hope they read this and know that I appreciate them. I would tip them all the time if I could.

(October 4, 2018, 4:22 pm)Service was good drinks were good. Just wish it had not been in a gas station. There were only 2 round tables to set at on the other side of the store in the line of traffic and there were boxes on the tables.
