Hemingway's Cuba

The visit here was a cluster (but from a gracious place I say this). They were short handed and the hostess was new and making promises they could not be keep. Showed up to get food after the hostess said she would call but didn't, figured I'd pop up to see what was going on, food was cold, so manager re-made 40 bucks worth of food and ended up comping it after i told him all that happened (and he saw my frustration), really nice guy and very patient given all that was going on. Took about a total of 1.5 hr to get my food. Again they were short handed which was part of the problem. Overall I think with the proper amount of workers and a better trained hostess this would be a nice spot. Really nice vibe and outdoor seating area is cool. My food was still not very hot but the flavor was good. I would recommend because I think I caught them on an off night!

Amazing food, great atmosphere. The restaurant is experiencing shorter staff but the staff they did have did amazing! We had an amazing waitress she made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The sun was still up, but they had sheer shades that blocked enough of the sun to make to comfortable. I had the Lavender gin drink, which was so tasty! And for all you vegetarians, the "veggie" burger is the Impossible Burger, which was really good. I was a little surprised that it didn't come with any side fries or vegetables. The atmosphere is fun and loud, and overall we really enjoyed it.

Hands down my favorite Cuban restaurant in the Carlina region. Food is consistent top notch. Cocktails never disappoint. Staff has been really good even in the midst of the pandemic. The rooftop outdoor lounge supplies beautiful views and a great atmosphere.

Food is spectacular, takes the pandemic seriously, love it!
