Tonight my husband and I had dinner here to start off our 18th year anniversary weekend. We ordered appetizers and his came out before mine then when mine came out my roasted oysters were covered in dill and tomatoes I think??? The menu said nothing about toppings. Sent those back and waiting again for my oysters. Not cool to eat alone ….The entrees were great thankfully! Cooked perfectly and very flavorful. My recommendation. State what is on the oysters on the menu 🤷🏻‍♀️
Our waiter was great and even gave us free dessert! I would go back !

So I used to LOVE this place…. Tonight’s meal was sadly disappointing… I brought friends who had never dined here before. I ordered the mushroom pasta which used to be incredibly tasty and rich…. Now I needed salt and pepper and parm cheese to give any flavor… my friend got the fish which was also completely unseasoned! Please chefs, taste the food you’re serving! We also were three people and we each got our dishes at different times which is just not cool. Who wants to eat alone? I sure hope things get better at this restaurant because it has a great menu and great location.

Truly exceptional experience. I worked 10 (long) years in the service industry and was incredibly impressed by the service, presentation, and quality of the dishes. The food was incredible. Our server, Jack, did a fantastic job. Asheville is lucky to have a restaurant of this caliber. Would 100% go back again.

The ambiance and atmosphere was perfect! My boyfriend got a seafood/pasta dish since they recommend seafood and it looked amazing! I got a gnocchi vegetarian dish and was not impressed with the ratatouille it included as it was bland but otherwise was very fresh! The atmosphere and vibes were my favorite part!

I have been a Modesto customer since they opened and I can tell you I've always had an excellent meal there. Not only do they have absolutely high quality fresh made delicious food, they have high end wait staff that make the experience complete. Any time someone asks about my favorite restaurant, its Modesto! Another thing I appreciate is that it's beautiful inside as well. The ambiance is always on point and they have impeccable taste for design. We are so lucky to have such a great restaurant in out little mountain town, so thank you Modesto!
