We ate at Leo’s for the first time tonight! Excited to try something new. Joshua was our waiter and he knew what he was doing, very warm, confident, and expeditious! The atmosphere was open, airy, and classy. Food was exceptional from the bread we dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the eggplant parmesan which included the best pasta I’ve had in a long time. I wish Leo’s Italian Social the best here in Biltmore Park, and they seem to be doing it all right.
I moved to Asheville last year and always wanted to try this place and tonight I decided to do it for a friends birthday and LOVED IT! First the staff: The manager was extremely nice to us, she came by and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. Our server was VERY attentive and sweet! The food was FANTASTIC- All I have to say is get the Pesto Pasta, it was AMAZING my friends tasted it and almost lost their minds on how flavorful it was! Also they have live music with actual good performers! I WILL be back and bringing family/friends to dine here. Wonderful experience!
I had dinner with a friend and we had a couple drinks and food. I really enjoyed the shrimp and eggplant appetizer. I appreciated the evening atmosphere too. It was a soft, dark lighting, with ample space at each table so you felt like you were dining alone. I like that I don't have to worry about people overhearing our conversation. Our waitress Aundrea was attentive and did a great job of checking in and being helpful but also giving us space to dine and enjoy ourselves. It is true that it is an open floor plan but my friend and I quite liked it. Seems like some of these other reviews are a bit critical, especially since they just opened. I'd come again. A unique vibe. And Thursday they have music and the singer had a lovely voice that complemented the evening. And honestly I don't know what people are talking about, these are not outrageous prices. Compared to Asheville, the prices were really reasonable.
This restaurant has the best Italian food in Asheville. My family and I went there for dinner yesterday despite the water shortage in Asheville and my family and I were being served efficiently. The waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was also very good. I ordered eggplant parmesan and I highly recommend it.
Beautiful dining facility and great service. Given today was there second day of operation I would give them more stars. We were a party of 6 and the ordering and food delivery was spot on. Friendly competent wait staff and good food. At one point the restaurant was full and every table was taken. It appears they have a hit on their hands.
