    Affordable and very fresh. Well lit, brite, quiet and clean. If you have any sight or hearing issues it's a great choice but not a very romantic environment.

    After trying many Sushi recommendations by word of mouth and reviews, this seems to be the best in the Asheville area. Stick with the Nigiri and you'll be set. Fish tastes fresh and they place a nice slab of fish on top. Not like grocery stores laying down paper thin cuts.

    Ordered the 12 piece sushi (ngiri) and pork katsu — and to say we were pleasantly surprised would be an understatement.

    It was proper Japanese style ngiri sushi and each piece was just fantastic. The pork cutlet had a delicious thick cut and incredible homemade katsu sauce. Highly recommend if you want an authentic Japanese taste dining experience.

    Simply delicious. I had the No. 3 combo. The tuna and salmon melted in my mouth. This was my first visit. I am from HVL and don't make it into AVL as much as I would like, except to go to work. So this was a treat. The chef was not only beautiful but her preparation was as an Itamae. She and the staff were friendly and courteous. I would go again and recommend this restaurant to others.

    So good! A lot of gluten free customers. They make their own soy sauce, but I couldn’t have it. It was neat to see an all woman staff! So friendly! I will be back!
