Smoke Black Mountain

Absolutely delicious. The smoked olives are a fantastic idea and must be tried if you like olives. High quality smoking. A bit pricey, but servings are plenty and the flavor and texture and smoke are all spot on. Poutine makes a good treat for two.

Seriously an excellent food truck, gourmet food with a ton of variety. (Duck, BBQ, and more?!) You can absolutely tell that the owner put a lot of effort into the food and business. Looking forward to seeing it grow, and coming back for a Black Mtn brewery beer & some food!

To whom posted the review about the Lobster Roll being cold. They are served cold, kept in a refrigerator and then made. Also lobster is very expensive, if you didn’t know lobster comes from the ocean. The ocean is far away from here, they can’t walk that far. I’ve had the Brisket poutine which is delicious and with how it’s put together it’s impossible to be dry. Prep, cooking, and plating is very time consuming because it’s done with care and love. So “boo” this woman, and thank you Smoke! Black Mountain appreciates and supports you!

Food is awesome and I love that they change up the specials! To the person above, lobster rolls are served cold, dummy. Keep up the good work!

This place is super new and great! The food is amazing and unique. Smoke is definitely an asset to the BM community!
