I don't eat meat and asked Alex at the concord mills location to use fresh ingredients so there was no cross contamination. He did it without hesitation and was very nice about it. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the pizza was delish!
Good price. Great toppings, many choices. Certainly modeled on Subway. And it works. Of course, started in CA .
I really enjoy the whole pizza experience when we come to blaze. I love that I can enjoy as many topping as I desire for the same price. The pizza is amazing I have recommended it to friends and will be back. Thanks
My pizza was made fresh in front of me. The staff was funny and were teasing each other while they were working. It is a nice dynamic. I got the meat eaters pizza and switched out the onions for mushrooms. They have fresh mushrooms (thank goodness) and I loved the choices for the meatballs. I will definitely be back! The root beer they have is awesome too. Next time I am getting the half pizza with their dough knots. They looked amazing but there was no space in my tummy for them.
We visited on a Friday evening, arriving around 5:30p. We were just getting takeout to eat at home. The line to order was super long! If you have never been there, you order your pizza and watch them build it like at a sub shop. It can take awhile even on a slow day. There were 3 employees building pizzas, and not really any room for others to join them. So yes, it took an extremely long time for us to get the food and get out....
That being said, once our pizzas had been built, the wait to bake was nominal. Both pizzas we ordered (a bacon w/sausage, then a red vine w/sausage) were delicious. The dining room was clean while we waited as well.
We had eaten there before, so we knew it would be worth the wait, but I would advise trying to visit at a less hectic time. You never know how many pizzas the person ahead of you is building, and what should be a quick in-and-out visit could turn into a really long wait!
