“I love Jersey Mike's. I visited this location and ordered my usual. I requested it toasted, the guys said, I can toasted it or microwave it. I replied toast it please. I got down the street, ready to eat my delicious sandwich and yuck.. it is microwaved. I called back spoke to the shift lead and he was amazing! Offered to refund my order, and he did while on the call. In addition to that he offered a replacement order later. Money back and a new order??? Sure why not! I've been a fan of Jersey Mike's for years and this is clearly why. They love the customers!!!”

“We've gone to Publix numerous times and didn't know this little nook was beside it the whole time! It's a really cute little shop with friendly staff and games for the little ones to play while you wait for your food. Be prepared for a little bit of a wait because it can get absolutely jam packed but it is 100% worth it when the food comes out! The crepes were super yummy and the mocha was perfect with not too much sweetness! Will definitely be back again!”

“This seems like a great local bar for just hanging out and having a drink or two. The service was fairly good and the bartenders were nice. The food menu was kinda strange as it has a category for Wraps and Salads, but there was only an option for a Caesar Salad. Everything else in the category was for wraps. My friend ordered a Taco Flat bread. He seemed to enjoy it. I thought that it was kinda bland/greasy, however, it is probably great for typical bar type food. Overall, I would probably return, if in the area, to have a drink or two, but that would be about it.”

“Met 2 others who already had their drinks. Took waitress 10 minutes or more to greet us for our drinks and then we asked if we could order. She told us no, to hold on. Ordered 10 minutes or more later. Our food came out after the 4 other tables that sat down after us (at least 25- 30 minutes). Our appetizer still not out when food came out. We canceled our appetizer. Our drinks were not checked to be refilled until after our food was out. Then our checks took 20 minutes to come out because their system was down. We were the only table in restaurant by that time. It had cleared out. We got there at Sunday lunch rush- 4 people at our table. The whole restaurant shouldn't have left before us- ridiculous. Food was good. Still tipped well because that's just us, but service and communication was horrible. Was visited by manager after we cancelled appetizer and verbalized dissatisfaction. He did give us coupon for future visit.”

“I stopped in to grab something on my way back to Virginia, I really don't like regular fast food joints, and I needed some plain rice for my sick kid. I ordered the scallops& broccoli, with rice on the side. They were happy to accommodate, and I think they gave me extra rice, but didn't charge me, when I told them about my sick kid! “Unfortunately our meal took 25 minutes before it came out. The food was hot and delicious. My husband had ribs, grilled chicken and fries. My sister had sirloin, ribs and grilled asparagus. And I had a salad, rib eye and sweet potato. Our server, Francis was very nice and stopped by our table a number of times to make sure everything was alright. We called the manager over to express our disappointment with the delay of the meal and she was very apologetic. She did take something off our bill for the inconvenience. Will continue to go to Outback. Just hope this doesn't happen again.”
