silverlake ramen

Tried the tofu bowl and edamame today with iced green tea while my spouse tried the ground chicken bowl and a soda.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The edamame came quick and was hot and salty. My tofu was silken and light. The rice was lovely sticky rice ????

My favorite part of my bowl (got the small for lunch at only $6!) was the slightly spicy red ginger that I mixed in.

Will definitely be back to try the ramen for dinner as those bowls looked HUGE!

The service was outstanding, and the food was great. - If you like your food spicy, order spicy level 3. You won’t be disappointed. - Highly recommend.

This place is just what Concord needed. The dining area is pleasant, roomy and quaint but also gives you a look right into the kitchen which is nice. The wall and table decor is quite neat.

Our server Thanh was great, and the food was fantastic. I ordered the Blaze, level 3 spice and it was actually spicy. Good portion size, and I was sufficiently full after eating which is a rare occasion. Really impressed with what they’re doing after only 2 weeks.

Good ramen and appetizers! Thanh was an excellent server who apologized for the wait for the food and tried her best to accommodate to us. I love staff who genuinely care about their customers even when it’s busy and hectic. The location is very convenient and I hope business does well in the area! Can’t wait to try more dishes when I return back
