“Really want to give 5 starts but just can't. After we got seated it took the normal time for the waiter to come over and get our drink order. Once he brought those we ordered an appetizer. A few minutes later, he took our entree order. 30 minutes later our waiter finally realized that we had not gotten the appetizer yet and went to investigate. Meanwhile our entrees arrived and about 10 minutes later we got our appetizer. Now the food was excellent as expected and the manager and the waiter both expressed their apologies and we were comped not only our appetizer but one of the entrees as well, more than expected. However, this was a Tuesday evening and didn't seem to be too busy to get an order of pot stickers to a table in a normal amount of time. We will be back and we hope for a better dinning experience so I can bump this up to the 5 stars that it deserves. Don't let my experience sway you from going. This is Bonefish Grill after all and the food was excellent!”

“I ate at a sticky fingers in SC and thought wow my husband would love with place. We went on a quiet Monday night, so that we wouldn't have to wait.. everyone was friendly and the customer service was pretty awesome. Even the food was good. However that's where this good review stops. My husband was served expired beer. When he realized the bottle was expired he stopped drinking it and waited for our server. Who eventually came around and brought him something else. Cool no problem. However my 5$ margarita tastes like sugar on sugar on salt. I know not to expect much from cheap drink specials, but damn....this one was hard to drink. We saw they have all you can eat wings and ribs 2 different days so we may be back to try that.”

Atmosphere is pretty cool, clean and decorative, we sat in the outside area because of great weather. The food was presented well, tasted good, and left me satisfied. The only reason my rating is four stars is because of slightly less then outstanding service time and my brother's meal had a slight error.”

“With me haven’t had Popeyes in many years and making a decisive decision in the food court, Popeyes took me back to my youth days for sure! “Visited here, SC, with my neighbor for lunch. I have frequented Five Guy establishments in Florida, South Carolina and Wisconsin and they have all been great places for a burger. I ordered the small cheeseburger with no toppings which was excellent. I was quite pleased that I had not ordered the large sandwich which could feed two adequately. The fries were delicious and not usually something I enjoy. I had ordered a small fry and it was all I could eat. The free salted peanuts satisfied that urge quite well too. I love eating at Five Guys! The staff is always great too.”

“My father and I came here after being tram directors at Charlotte motor speedway to raise funds for my mission trips to Alaska and oregon. The day we came here there was tornado sightings and bad weather all day. Anyways had great wings and fries. There fish sandwich is awesome as well. Plenty of parking for trucks with trailers or just small cars. Easy to get to from the mall and the racetrack.”

“I came here for my birthday sub. The associates were quite friendly when they were taking my order and my sandwich was prepared accurately. I gave one less star because there was only one person in front of me, but it still took forever to get my sandwich- at least 10 minutes. I came during a weekday around l2 so it was rather uneventful for it to have taken that long.”
