“I drove by this place a few times and decided to stop in. I was immediately struck by how clean and well lit the store was. After the ride is a bakery with an assortment of fresh pastries and cakes. Of course I had the sample some and they were delicious. The person working in the bakery was very friendly. They also had a wide selection of prepared food for takeout. The produce selection was extensive to include a lot of items you wouldn't find in a typical grocery store. Everything seemed very fresh. The employees were very friendly and I must say that their command of English was far better than my command of spanish. The experience was so good that I had to go back the next day and get another pastry and pick up some valentina sauce.”

“My dad saw this place going up and laughed. Said “what do they think this is Berkeley? Nobody is going to want Vegan Cinnamon rolls in Concord!! You can bet I was laughing when he walked in the kitchen today, “Kelly, You have to try this cinnamon roll it’s fantastic!!” ???? Apparently he went back to order a second after he loved the first one so much. My mum went on an on about how good the dough was. “The customer service has been exceptional repeatedly. My parents were visitng from out of town and we went in to buy a dozen donuts. My mom also wanted to try a little mini donut popper but they weren't available for sale individually. She didn't want to buy a whole bag, so she passed on them. However, at checkout, the woman helping us handed us a small bag of those donut poppers on the house. It was a small gesture that really impressed.”

“I called into the store to place a special order for 30 donuts at 9 am to pick up at 11:30 am. I was told, typically the store requires a 24 hr notice.... but they were willing to take to order! I went to pick up my order at 11:30 and was greeted by the manager who took the order over the phone. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help me out in a pinch. I will be back to this location again! And next time I will be sure to call ahead. :)”

“First off impressions....very clean The lady behind the counter was very helpful and kind. We decided on a “dirty” latte and regular coffee along with a blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll. The lady let me sample my latte to make sure the sweetness was to my liking and it was. I thought that was a nice touch or customer service. The regular coffee was decent. The blueberry muffin is not your typical sweet muffin. It grabs its sweetness from the real blueberries. The cinnamon roll was super sweet but somehow I couldn’t stop eating it. You could taste the real cinnamon! We got there after lunch time and there just weren’t many options left to choose from. Knowing this I suggest going earlier to make sure you can pick what you like. Lots of vegan/gluten free options.”

“Its okay. Its inside the Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC. The coffee is delish but its small inside and there's a poor selection of their trademark cups and to go mugs. The baristas were fairly friendly though.”
