I think it's good bbq

I don't understand how this place was empty when my wife and i stopped in to eat. There were no other customers just the staff, which is a shame. The food was excellent, and i don't remember ever going to a bbq place and leaving satisfied as cheaply as here, $30 for me and the wife, and i had ribs. They have 4 sauces and a dry run they bring out, all of which are good, but the vinegar+mustard base is honestly the best. (My opinion there, it's at least worth a try, even if you're not sure.) I admit if you're not headed towards boone, it could be a hassle to get in here as you'll have to use the turn around, but if you want good bbq or ribs, or chicken, it's worth the effort

Delicious Ribs!!! Portions were great. They treated us so well I though I was at home.

It looked like our group was the only customers. Sunday lunch time should be one of the busiest times. Kind of sad for them.

Awesome $5 drive through special. Barbecue is so good you don't need sauce. But if you do like sauces he has mustard style barbecue sauce that is to die for. Vinegar sauce is excellent also. My husband loves his beans... and the slaw is good too.
