(April 14, 2019, 1:25 pm)The food was good. They do not accept debit or credit cards so take cash if you go. Also, you don't get a drink in the first price you pay. You have to pay for drinks and the desserts seperateIy. I would just suggest that the owners pave the drive and parking lot. It is nasty getting in and out there.

(March 24, 2019, 2:32 am)This is the best place to visit if you want a good taste of North Carolina. It has amazing food for cheap. Amazing mountain music and loads of dancing. Keep in mind it's cash only and put in the middle of nowhere so don't expect a phone signal. But Friday and Saturday expect to have the best family fun possible.

(March 6, 2019, 1:01 pm)Best place for pork or BBQ in all of Caldwell County! They have clogging here and it’s nice to watch when you go eat. Bluegrass music is always playing and there is a little pond outside to see fish or ducks when it’s in season for them. I used to clog for Sims Country BBQ as a child and I always had the best time! ❤️❤️ 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

(February 3, 2019, 1:29 am)We absolutely love it here. It is still family owned and operated and it really shows. One of the best parts of an evening here besides the food is watching the founder, Grandpa Sims, clog and play the spoons with the bluegrass band.
