    Excellent food as always. I have been eating at this location for nearly 3 years, but had never actually been inside til today. Service and staff were awesome. I docked a star because their Wi-Fi was completely unresponsive and I desperately needed to use it on my laptop.

    I ask for a fish sandwich & ended up with a Cajun chicken sandwich that was so hard I couldn't eat it. Ended up giving chicken to dog & he could barely chew it.really disappointed

    Beat Bojangles in Caldwell County! They always get my food right and they it fresh and perfect. Great job team! ????

    I had to wait for chicken at 11:15 in the morning. I find that to be unacceptable at a chicken restaurant. When the chicken did come I was given the smallest chicken thigh that I have ever seen. It looked as if it came from a baby chick rather than a full grown chicken. The food tasted good other than the seasoned fries being lukewarm at best.

    I'm a regular customer at the Bojangles in Granite Falls. They are a top notch crew (especially the day crew). Dale and his staff are like family. They are always friendly, helpful and fast. I highly recommend this location.
