I order a pretty complicated drink. They've only ever gotten it wrong once and they were super busy then. Staff is always friendly and will correct a mistake if you ask. I don't know who the manager is and there is no card to indicate who that is like every other Starbucks. They may not have a full time one yet. I know there were plenty of people from the Boone location down to help when they first opened. These guys are still trying to find their legs and it shows. My only complaints are that wait times are a little long, they seem to be out of things quite a bit (or forget to restock regularly), and that it's usually pretty dirty inside. The tables, the floor, the coffee station, and the bathroom. It needs a good sweep. Fix those things and my 4 star will turn into a 5. I'm a regular, so I'll be back!
