“I’m only in the area about once a month but when I’m in town I usually enjoy going by this firehouse subs. It’s usually worth the wait and delicious, until tonight. The employees were obnoxiously loud, yelling, and playing around. There were about 10-15 customers and the 3-4 employees were significantly louder than anyone else. I got my sandwich to go and when I got back to my room it was wrapped in plastic wrap opposed to the normal box it comes in and I wasn’t given the pickle I usually get. I always enjoy the pickle so that was annoying. When I ate my sandwich I had to throw half of it away because it was so soggy from being wrapped up after it had just been heated. Not pleased with tonight experience. Hopefully it’ll be better next time.”

“The wait is a while, they let people watch how they make it though, which is cool for children. The customer service is average, but not very talk-active, they are straight to the point. I can't say much on the pizza (for it was a gift) so I'm only gonna give it 4 stars.”
