I got 2 lbs of jumbo head-off shrimps and I would believe that these are local ones that have a mild and tasty flavor. Growing up by the ocean, I can tell farm-raised ones don't taste the same because they tend to have a bit if muddy taste. Carolina shrimps are very good.
