While there, the farmer providing the fresh corn was sitting right across the room. The shrimp was freshly caught in the ocean 20 minutes away.

The pork, and fried chicken were delicious, but the hush puppies were the best i have had in north carolina.

The service was attentive, and fun. I really enjoyed eating here, and so will you.

My family and I ate at Fat Fellas. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is very polite and attentive. The prices are spectacular. The music was great. I would reccomend everyone to try Fat Fellas. May God continue to bless this place!

Always pleased with the good fresh quality of the food. We normally take out for breakfast or lunch and the service has always been awesome. Polite and friendly staff are always quick to tend to us and always accommodating. My toddler once begged for a burger at 8am because she saw one on the fat fellas sign as we entered to order breakfast. I was trying my best to explain that they do not serve burgers at breakfast time and the server took it upon her self to ask the chef if he would mind making a burger for my baby girl. The chef said it was no problem and fixed it for us. I was very happy to see the extra effort they made to make my baby happy and I am thankful for people like those working at fat fellas. This evening we had dinner inside and were very pleased as well. Our server (Rachel? Terrible with names..) was so nice and courteous as well as very quick with our drinks, orders, and meals. Our food was cooked quickly and perfectly. Overall great local restaurant. Glad to have a good place to eat right near home.
