“We went on Sunday the 21st and Sunday the 28th. What an amazing place. The food and atmosphere are awesome. This Sunday my son rode his jet ski, the guys at the dock were great, helped tie off the ski. We saw many people coming by boat and everyone had a big smile on their face. Alyssa was our server both times and we are highly impressed with her! We will see you all again very soon!”

“I enjoyed a delicious $5. lunch from Mi Veracruz food truck. I had a Carnitas taco and a steak taco; they came topped with cilantro and diced onions and a green sauce on the side. They were both delicious with just enough spicy kick to to accentuate all the flavors without burning your taste buds. Service was friendly and fast too. I think this might become a weekly treat! Next time I’ll take a photo.”

“The perfect little spot to feel away from the traffic of Lake Norman! Very quaint and mostly a local spot. Great views, rooms were cozy the only thing was the pillows were so bad! I'll still be going back just bringing my pillow! The service was exactly what you want from a motel stop. Fast efficient and very friendly! On site restaurant was great. Food was freshly cooked and was better than most dinners we had on the road. Again very friendly staff. Hidden Gem for sure.”

“Mixed experience. Everyone there was really nice, and it's a cool place. The wings and ribs were FAB! Their beer battered fries are really good. Our hush puppies were not done and then one of our party was served frozen fish. (Fried and still frozen). The waitress was on it and took care of the situation. We will go again with hopes for a better overall experience. --maybe don't order the fish. ;-)”
