The food is really good. The lemonades are good, although pricey. The service is slow, but she is only one person. It is a food truck parked in front of a small brewery bar. They share the outside seating, so it can be warm. There are some shady spots to sit at. There is live music by an older guy that plays mostly older music.

Did offer some vegetarian options

Some of the best unique bbq flavors we've ever tried. Fantastic service and an awesome spot to eat outdoors. Highly reccomend Smoke & Sass.

Wife and I had the ramon bowl and pot stickers and they had to be some of the best we've ever had. Been here twice now, ate the same both trips. We look forward to eating there often.

This was a food truck next to Hayesville Brewing Company. The food was good, but a little cumbersome to eat. It is possible to order food and eat inside Hayesville Brewing Company. Even there, the space was a little cramped. If this ever were to become a permanent structure of its own, I'd be inclined to return.
