Carolina Bagel Co & Deli

I have been coming here for breakfast for about a month now (almost regularly) and every time I go in - everyone seems to be in a good mood and patient/polite. It just has a good vibe overall. Love love love this place!

A popular local spot to enjoy breakfast or lunch. Bagels are huge and taste so great. I had a bagel sandwich and there was a generous, quality portion of meats, cheese, and toppings. Definitely going to return to try something new. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

Are we slipping a little bit? My wife had breakfast today. Service was great, but something was wrong with my bagel sandwich. The bagel was much smaller than usual because the bagel hole was unusually large. So I just paid for air. My wife had pancake which was smaller than usual . Are you folks on an austerity program? A couple of weeks ago the cheese was missing from my sandwich.
My wife also noticed that the bagels behind the counter had larger holes than normal. Tell me that something was wrong with the equipment. We’ve been coming here for years. I hate to think that there are problems with quality control or that the cook thinks we won’t notice that.
