    Visited PDQ with a friend today and had a rough experience due to the fact that a lady was harrassing children and their parents, as well as the workers for NO reason. Despite her uncalled for actions, the employees and the manager handled it incredibly well and even gave my friend's baby a free ice cream for her troubles. Not to mention, the food was excellent. I applaud the manager for being so well-mannered; as someone who worked in food service, it is not easy at all. What a wonderful staff.

    Staff is great, meals are great! Price is decent to escape the fast food frieght zone.

    We’d never heard of this chain before but it’s awesome!! The food is realllly good, the restaurant was clean, bright and open and service was fast!!

    PDQ you are truly Dedicated to Quality!!! After simply giving 5 stars with no written review, the owner responded. I knew I had to update this post and give PDQ more credit for their OUTSTANDING Customer Service and Amazing Food Quality!
