The food itself was well prepared. Could have a tad more flavor though. I got a strong flavor from the bean sprouts. My pork miso didn't come with any pork at all now that I think of it. Overall, I would go back.

I was in the mood for actual real Japanese style Ramen and wasn't disappointed. I lived in Japan and this is pretty close. Add to the fact that this is Fayetteville North Carolina and it makes me think of them in an even more positive light. I got ramen and gyoza and both were excellent. See photo attached to this review. Yum!

I had the Vegan Miso Ramen. So many bean sprouts and mushrooms and noodles. The broth was FANTASTIC and the tofu has the perfect texture. Excellent flavor and I will be eating there again. Large bowl that I ended up with enough for my dinner tonight. Hot green tea was a perfect pairing.
