(May 29, 2019, 5:04 pm)Saigon Bistro is clearly authentic Vietnamese food. I've never had any issues with ordering our the size of the portions. The staff is very friendly, the food is fresh. Very good. I enjoy the Spring Rolls, and the rice vermicelli with chicken, sprouts, carrots, cucumbers, and roasted peanuts. Their light, spicy sauce that accompanies this dish makes it even better!

(March 19, 2019, 6:54 pm)Had a wonderful visit. First time there. Food was hot and fresh and amazing ate Hibachi Shrimp. The shrimp was fresh and not over cooked. Real food not fast food. Will definitely eat there again.
