This was first visit for me. My wife had eaten here for lunch with her ladies group. Excellent brisket and pulled chicken. Fried okra and onion rings were spot on. Look forward to returning to try the rest of the menu. Fast, friendly service and staff.

The best ribs I've had yet in NC. I would have been happy with just the sides, collards and green beans! Next time I am visiting, a stop there will be on my to do list! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Flavors were spot on! I had the smoked sausage meal for lunch and they were delicious without any sauce. The Mac and cheese was good, nice and hot. The potato salad was delicious with the exception of a few undercooked pieces of potato. I think they put some pork in the potato salad so that added a texture I did not care for in my potato salad (again the flavors were delicious). The pulled chicken was very dry! Had it not been for the delicious combination of the sweet AND the spicy sauce, all would’ve been lost. The beans and the collards were both overcooked. I could tell the collards were chopped and not whole so that may have been their demise towards mushiness. The cornbread was delicious! The pork rinds were also light and tasty! No complaints there at all. Prices are good. Service is great. Clean set up. This place has ALOT of potential to be GREAT...but they need to fine tune a few things before they get there.

Went here Saturday afternoon. Service was fast, friendly and professional. The reasturant was clean. The food we got; smoked chicken, brisket, onion rings and fried okra was very good. The mac and cheese was very plain and could definitely be improved. Will definitely be back to eat here again.
