Nice change from burgers and a great Turkey Sandwich. Must Try the cheesecake. Yummy????????. Nice atmosphere with inside and outside seating. Beware lunchtime is busy. Stop by and enjoy. I would definitely recommend the Turkey Day Sandwich if you like Turkey and Dressing.
This place is great for lunch downtown. The food is great, the service is wonderful, the store is clean. They often advertise items that are not on their regular menu and those are always good. The turkey supreme sandwich on sourdough is my favorite.
We decided to give them a try for lunch and it was outstanding. I had the buffalo turkey wrap with fried okra and kids the grilled cheese with seasoned fries. All enjoyed the food. The establishment is a bit small for the crowd there. The place was busy, but not too packed for lunch. Very friendly staff. VERY. large sandwich selection. Everything here is fresh well prepared. The fried okra is a must. I am not a huge fan of turkey or even sandwiches, but this place is the exception --- all of their sandwiches are great and I think they have the best fried okra of anywhere.
Food was amazing and staff were awesome. The area in front for taking orders when it got busy...tough with a small space I get it but the condiments and drinks and 2 lines were all right at the front door. 3 or 4 deep and it became a mess.
Otherwise spot on!
Definitely recommend for the food. I'd suggest to take a tablet out like chikfila to make an additional line or move the drinks and condiments to the dessert display or something.
OK...so the family saw this place and we had to stop. Pretty much the definition of a hole in the wall. I wasn't in the mood for turkey so I had a cheesesteak. Which was fantastic. One of the better ones I've had out side of Philly. But the real winner was the turkey. Didn't matter what form...I ate all the leavings from the kids sandwiches. Juicy flavorful, and cooked just right. Oh...and the friend okra was the hands down, the best I've ever had. Well definitely be back.
