“First time visiting this place, and after our experience there, we were so sad we hadn't found them sooner! Beautiful atmosphere - quiet and charming. Incredibly hospitable staff and the owner stopped and talked with every patron. So many grand desserts to choose from that the choice was not easy but we more than enjoyed the selection we made. Better yet, they even carry my favorite wine! Highly recommend and will certainly be back.”

“I Give them a 3 because they are just opening, but being in this business there are so many thing that can be done different to make this run so much smoother. 1st we ordered our food there where 5 of us so I will tell you about my order. I ordered the Baja Bowl. I ask for no tomatoes. There where tomatoes all on it.so I told them they took it back as he is looking at me i said do i get bread with my soup the young man is telling me no you got chip and as he is telling me there are fly everywhere. The manager comes over and gives me bread and tells me it's okay we will fix your food. I go and sit down about 10 min later my bowl is bought out it has tomatoes on it and the guy tells me it has tomatoes is something. As my son was off that weekend and I'm telling him he says mom when you ask for no tomatoes there shouldn't have been any on your food. There are alot of things that need fixing for this to meet the Panara Bread that I'm used to.”

“Given that this is the closest location to me, I go out of convenience. However, after today, that will likely change. I've tried giving this location multiple chances. The staff are more often than not, off putting and my orders have been inconsistent at best. I get that the goal is for the company to turn a profit. With that said, I'd like to get what I'm paying for. When asked for light ice, I was simply given less product in conjunction with less ice (shown in picture). I might as well have been given a medium drink instead of a large. Also, as others have stated, the only consistent thing here is having to wait.”

Last night I went and ordered 2 half salads and the two gentleman were completely nice, but the lady that came to the window to double check my order was pretty rude. I’m not sure what the confusion was, maybe she had a bad day. I hate to complain but I didn’t appreciate her attitude.”
