Denny's

I love eating out at Dennys the apple crisp is my go to desert and they always give you portions that makes you say I sure got my money's worth. Everyone has always been so pleasant.

Food was good for the price - had meat lovers grand slam. The sausage was bland, greasy. Bacon was crisp, eggs done exactly as ordered, pancakes fluffy. The only complaint about the service was getting the check - it never arrived, so I went to the cash register and paid there. It was not busy, as it was midnight.

I don't get why this place is so lowly rated. Never a problem every time I come in here. I live right around the corner. I could walk here if I wanted. Great spot to eat. Staff is really friendly and nice.

I should have known it was gonna be bad when i walked in the door. The restaurant is small definitely needs a bigger building. When i first walked in and waited for the hostess to seat me. She was in a hurry to get the family behind me she gave me a menu and asked is the bar fine . So i sat myself. A guy came in the door just ahead of me sat close. I ordered before him but he got his food first. It turns out i heard the cook call out what i had ordered but it seems the waitresses was busy showing someone how to make something. Then when she went to get it the sausage was missing so she let it sit there. Finally after bringing it out my eggs were almost cold and still brought the sausage later. She needs to learn to bring it on out while its hot.

Food excellent. Service great but not prompt as they had one person doing the job of 2 or 3. I blame this on management. Overall the experience was acceptable. Would return but just have to prepare my psyche for a wait beforehand.
