Wild Horse Inn

Wild horse inn is a perfect cute place to stay if you’re looking for wild horses in OBX (corolla area) or looking for beach driving 4x4 experience . It’s at north end of corolla so right before 4x4 area of beaches and wild horses. They have comfortable very spacious and clean rooms at reasonable prices compared to others. Also they have their little cafe if you need a snack , gas station right next to it and beach plus sound access very close by. They also give free beach pass if you plan to park in 4x4 area. The owners are quite nice that they went extra mile to help me arrange some of my special moments with sharing event resources to making list of restaurants (thank you Maria!) definitely recommend!

Wonderful place that is run by even more wonderful people. Our room was immaculate and so very quiet, you cannot hear any cars on the main road. John and his family have made this such a peaceful get away and the Panini's as well as cheesecake were top notch. Don't think twice... book here!

Stopped in for an afternoon snack and cocktail. I am so glad we did. Met the owners and they are absolutely lovely! Great menu (something for everyone), friendly service, everything was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back!

PS If we didn’t live here, would would GLADLY stay at the Inn too

Visited the bar and was greeted by the owner and his children who were all very friendly, warm, and engaging.

This place has a GREAT bourbon selection and the prices are very reasonable.

Had a great time chatting it up with the staff and their Old Fashioneds were mad well, with appropriate ice cubes/balls.

Didn't stay at the inn, but the bar/restaurant is worth a visit and the family staff make you feel welcomed. Wish I checked it out earlier !

John was very helpful in getting us booked on a last minute trip. Suite 8 was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent- walking distance to historic Corolla village, the convenience store, Corolla pizza, and the beer garden. The cafe area was warm and comfortable and the outdoor area was inviting. We’ve already recommended to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!
