The staff is really friendly. Their Korean fried chicken is good. It's crunch outside, bland inside, not very spicy. And it takes a while (20 min) to deep fried. Definitely will come back because of their great customer service.

One more thing, don't order their Raman.

Crunch chicken with lots of flavors! Wait staffs are very friendly and courteous. I had signature wings soy garlic and half chicken with supreme sauce. Everything was great!!! Will definitely be back soon.

The majority of the reviews here mention speed of service! Two components are relevant here. One is that the best case timing to get an order of wings is 35 minutes. This is prominently displayed on the front page of the menu, and I think some folks just aren't paying attention to it or the other times for prep listed throughout the menu. Efficiency of the actual waitstaff is another element that I can't speak to, because I showed up right at opening and was the only person there. I was in and out in less than a half hour with a tasty order of spicy pork bibimbap. I'll be back to try the wings, I'll just make sure I have plenty of time.

I heard about waiting time is little long here so I ordered online and picked up. Food was ready to be picked up in 25min. I had spicy Korean whole chicken and spicy soy garlic whole chicken. My son loves spicy Korean and I like spicy soy garlic. I ate some leftover later on that night it was still good, we ate it all. I will definitely going back again and try out other flavors.

Recent reviews are accurate. Went for takeout, ordered 20 wings, french fries and two sides. 35 minutes later, I left with the food. The fries came out early so I ate them while I waited. It wasn't busy at all and the one table that was eating was finishing up.

The three young ladies were nice but clearly not trained to be working there. Oh, and the music playing there was definitely chosen by them but not what I would play for a potentially mixed crowd.

They have only been open for a couple of weeks so I'm sure the service will improve. If not, they won't stay open long.
