“First trip to this particular Biscuitville located on Hillsborough Road in Durham, NC where I purchased a ham, egg, and cheese biscuit with a chocolate milk. The food was hot and the milk was cold. The store was extremely clean, the ladies restroom was very tidy, and the manager was hands on and working directly with customers both at the front counter and drive through. Great customer service ! I highly recommend and will return if in the area.”

“Good place for straight up, country, inexpensive fare. Hush puppies are good and by the basket. Used to go here a lot when I worked right down the road. Most other places in the area are chains, :( with the exception of Shanghai. :) Nice, old-line family restaurant with a billion pictures of famous visitors on the wall. I like the Eastern N.C. style barbecue sandwich – tell them you want slaw on it.”

Even the guy on the grill. They were were enthusiastic to help. Literally the FULL team worked on my subs in one way or another, everyone taking the time to engage and at least act like they cared about my life for a few minutes. “The restaurant is off to the side of a main hallway in the hotel. Not the worst thing, but still distracting when a guy with tattoos on his face walks by with a cigarette hanging from his mouth. The food was good but not great for the price. Atmosphere at 7pm on a Thursday night was perfect for my dinner. Quit location with a warm fire burning off to the side. Most of the time we were alone and it was really nice. I would give it another chance.”

So, we received a scowl and chastising comment if we ordered anything but a beer or something harder straight up. There are enough other places you could grab a drink.”
