Very good service and nice.

It was great especially when you haven't ate all day. Food was made fresh and they was fast at having my order ready.

Extremely Happy and cheerful staff. Never had a bad experience with this location. The 4 and 5 $ coupin is the best deal anywhere for breakfast. Fast food can be tough and people need to be patient.the one at North Gate has to have Durham Police on duty. Rude and condescending arrogance. Recipe for indigestion....truly.

This is my favorite BK location in Chapel Hill-Durham area. They often give A LOT of fires and onion rings for one portion. (Some of the BK location would provide the fries only half-full. But not at this location).
I did not give 5 star because:
1. I often have to wait for a cashier to show up to take my order when I go into the store. (Never use drive through here so I don’t know if that is the case for drive through).
2. It is always very smoky (from cooking) inside the store. I think they probably have some issue on the fan so that the cooking smell/smoke cannot get out of the building.
