Whoever had the idea to put pizza sauce on a philly cheese steak was brilliant, then add fresh cut fries.

Always a great experience here, I've been coming to this location for about 5 years and the food is consistently delicious and always hot.

Ordered a Reuben with hand cut fries. Staff were great . . . instead of just taking the order asked about how I'd like my sub made. Paid attention to the details and definitely cared about my experience.

And it showed in the result. My sub was packed to bursting and absolutely delicious! They really DO use the GOOD STUFF . . . bread was fresh and had the perfect texture, meat juicy and hot, cheese as good as from a high end NY deli. The fries were more than an afterthought too. Really crispy outside and soft inside. Perfectly seasoned, and I love that they keep the skin on despite the extra work. Really gives them a great texture!

For $9.99 you're going to get a great Philly Cheese Steak, end of story. Ordered ahead of time, no problem. It tasted great and the order was complete and accurate.

Can they get five stars the next time? We will see.

I would like to address some of the comments below: Having worked in the restaurant industry - sometimes a good experience can turn into a bad one based solely on the individuals working at the business.

My experience was fine. Reviews hold a lot of weight for customers. Everyone deserves a second chance. After that, cut the cord.
