The Melting Pot

This was a new experience for me. It was actually fun after I got the hang of it. Our server was truly a guide who explained the process. Yes, I will do it again but it is an experience to be shared. Don't try to do it alone.

Celebrated Mother's Day at this location and had a Great time with my mom. The 4 course meal was amazing. I would like to try the other locations to compare the experience. Definitely recommend to anyone who's never had the chance to experience.

We drove two hours here to celebrate my birthday. We had reservations and were seated early, which was nice. Our waiter, Josh, was very nice and knowledgeable. He had a great attitude and demeanor. It was my second time to a Melting Pot, and my husband’s first time. The only negative experience we had was out of the control of the staff. The lights went out and power was lost for a few seconds. No biggie. Overall, food and service was good.

We love the food and the service is impeccable. If you arrive with a family in off hours they give you your own booth with doors as well. Just don’t expect anything to happen quickly, even simple things. As long as you have time this will be a great time.
