“Definitely a keeper !! A local sandwich store that has exceeded my expectations. Located in a dingy yet safe(thanks to Durham police office) strip mall in Durham, this food joint might come across as a place not worth stepping in. I bet you would feel otherwise when you leave. They have reasonable sandwich options and more than a couple of vegetarian options. Their signature focaccia bread is as soft a pillow. We ordered the Grilled tomato mozzarella sandwich and the pimento cheese sandwich with soup. The vegetable soup was bit too salty for our liking. However, both the sandwiches were delightful. Their sandwiches are spicy but if that is not enough for you.. There are hot sauces to spice it up. I recommend the Papaya hot sauce. Their sandwiches are definitely under priced when compared to their peers. Tasty sandwich on soft breads and as cheap as it can get.”

“I was very impressed. I wasn't going to stop here because I thought it was going to take longer than I wanted to wait for my food. I'm so glad I changed my mind and went to check it out. I had to wait a few minutes but it wasn't too long and it was well worth the wait. They have some unique dishes that are wonderful. I inquired about the Irish Nachos and they gave me a sample, very good twist on an old favorite. Everything is made fresh. The burgers and fried macaroni and cheese were delicious. I have not had such a good milkshake in years. I took the picture of the shake a few minutes later and it had melted a bit so the photo doesn't do it justice. I loved the great variety of shakes there were to choose from. I asked if there they had any other restaurants. He said there is also one in Raleigh near Triangle Town Center.”

“I'll start out by saying the food at this particular Hardee's is usually on par with other Hardee's locations (which I find enjoyable). I had been craving Hardee's for a few weeks, so I went a couple of days ago and got a cheeseburger combo. I asked for "only ketchup and cheese". The drive thru person replied "so no onion and no pickles". I said "just ketchup and cheese, nothing else". I got an "ok" back. Fast forward 12 minutes and I'm scraping a mustard/ketchup mixture off of my burger and putting my own ketchup back on. It didn't fulfill my craving, so I went back for breakfast for a pork chop biscuit for breakfast. It was fine, but a bit hard/overcooked. Not terrible. If I crave Hardee's again, I won't avoid this location, but I may check my food before leaving the restaurant.”

“This place is right next to Wendy’s and McDonalds but seems to still be thriving. The Asian guy who took the order had a very affable personality. He also seemed to have a lot of regular customers. He made sure he understood what i was asking for (especially the way eggs needed to be made). The place is very clean and just appropriate. Everything in the food was bigger in size as compared to the franchisees. Great value for money. Only thing is that they had one staple coffee but i wont complain for the price of food you get here.”

The food is fast food fried stuff, at least what I had, and there are other items on the menu not fried but looked good. I enjoyed the fried clam strips, the shrimp was a bit on the dry side, the fish was crispy and a bit greasy, but yummy. The hush puppies were mediocre at best. I did not know this location existed, if you have a craving for fried fish and in this area, this might hit the spot for you.”

“Great sushi and hibachi. Not out of this world, but definitely good enough to come back when we are craving Japanese. Reasonably priced for what you get. I appreciated the half off sushi when you buy 2+ rolls. The rolls are slightly slimmer than some places (which I read another reviewer complain about), but I personally liked the slimmer rolls: I could enjoy more rolls and not be super full or stuck with a large amount left of rolls I didn’t love and feel wasteful. I loved the San Francisco roll.”

“Soooo tasty! William's always has phenomenal sandwiches, but seriously, you gotta do the specials. I had the gumbo special last time and can honestly say that the last I had better I was sitting in a little place seven or eight blocks off Bourbon st. Cheap, fast, friendly service, good for a small group or just by yourself, nice covered patio on pleasant days. Probably not great for big gatherings, and the left off 54 is daunting. Worth it.”
