Applebee's Grill + Bar

Sara was our server and was very attentive. Didn’t skip a beat. Food was perfect. We were cold and asked if anything could be done and the manager took care of it promptly. Very impressed with our overall experience. Thank you!

Great service. I called in take out while working nights on the weekend, got back to work to find something from my order missing. Spoke with manager and we agreed I would come back the next night. He profusely apologized all 3 times I spoke with/saw him and not only fixed my order but gave me a complimentary order as well. Things happen and it was likely their last order of the night. The fact that he asked "what can I do to make this right for you?" spoke volumes. Great food. Has always been one of my favorites. Very personable and friendly staff.

Selected the 3 course meal and the drink special for the month of April. EVERYTHING was delicious. Jason the GM came over to the table while me and my friends was eating to make sure we was happy. Truly a professional gentleman.

I must additionally comment that APPLEBEES menu is way better than the other chain restaurants...keep it up and I'm ready for $1 L.I.T. month.

The service was good as usual and the food was cooked properly and delicious. My only problem was tables and chairs are too close together so people hit each other with their chairs when they sit down. not to mention when my son spilled water all in my lap and I slid my chair back the woman behind me complained that I was squishing her against her table when all I did was barely slide my chair back. if the manager was smart they take one of those tables and chairs out and give everybody a little bit more room to sit and not be obtrusive to the people sitting next to you. I apologize to the lady whose chair a hit, but she didn't seem to care that I apologize that all. If I do go back this Applebee's, you best believe I will be sitting in a booth and not a table!
