They are extremely friendly and polite every time I speak to them. I have only ordered on-line, but while waiting for the food someone always greeted me and kept me updated on The readiness of my order. I would highly recommend eating here. The team members are alway very nice and helpful but they seem to be out of menu items on a regular basis. The tomato soup, surf and turf, and shrimp pasta are all recommended. Everything tasted fresh and were seasoned just perfect. If you're wanting your predictable country fare, heavy on the animals, white potatoes and white flour you have your spot. I mean lord...Also a seat or two less and your wait staff may have a chance to get by customers without nudging them.”

“Two things struck me upon arrival. First, there was not a soul here at 8 o’clock on a Saturday night, which seemed odd. Second, upon entry I was embraced by the vapors of cleaning agents ubiquitous to the restaurant trade. Good, right? At least I know the place is clean. The staff member who took my order was very nice and helpful (she even let me take a house menu out to my car- Coppola’s could take a lesson from her). As for the pizza, it was good. The sauce was uniquely tangy (too tangy?), and the interior crust was thin New York style. The toppings tasted good—there was even garlic! The issue came with the outer crust. There were two problems- first, it was thick and doughy. Second—this will sound crazy but it’s totally true—it had somehow absorbed the scent and taste of the aforementioned cleaning agents. It was not off-putting, but was definitely there and added an unusual taste to it. Overall, a good pizza, but there are better out there...”

“We went for our anniversary, our second time there. My wife had pasta with seafood, which she said was great. I went traditional beef, the NY Strip. Unquestionably, the best steak I've had in Triad since I moved here in 2016. A good steak seems so hard to find nowadays. Perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and most importantly, tasty. Perfect char. Good atmosphere, no wait time, and excellent service. This is now our "go to" restaurant.”

“I went in at around 10:40pm and ordered some food. This is the first time I have been to a Sheetz and had someone that worked behind the counter making food actually interact with me. I saw on his name tag he was named James. He was super friendly and joked around with me. Not only was my food nice and hot when I got it but to my surprise he had even gave me extra cheese which made my night. I’m glad to see there are still nice friendly people in this world.”
