Absolutely stunning cafe & yoga studio. They've done a great job with the design of this place. The owners happened to be there when I stopped by - amazing couple with a love for natural elements and beautiful decor throughout.
They offer a wonderful selection of food and drink and the staff couldn't be more professional, organized, and extremely welcoming and inviting. Will definitely be returning!

I was referred to La Luz & Co. by a mutual peer and business owner in here in Winston. I am new to the city and looking to collaborate with other like minded business owners. I was pleasantly surprised with the ambiance and my experience at La Luz & Co too. The first wonderful & praise worthy fact I'd like to mention is the extremely welcoming customer service the moment you walk in the door. There was not 1 moment in which I was made to feel unwelcome or as an outsider. The atmosphere is just as amazing as the customer service! The product offerings and services are of superior quality and I appreciate that. I had the pleasure of enjoying a ROSE LATTE (without expresso & add almond milk 😋🤤 and it is tantalizingly refreshing). I will absolutely come back and support this hidden gem 💎 nestled right on Trade St in Winston Salem.

Super neat metaphysical shop / yoga studio/ cafe shop. They offer lots of extra sitting space and areas where you can bring your laptop and do your work. Very quiet and clean atmosphere not to forger their local goods from body scrubs to handmade goods. Definitely will be coming back!

Upscale mixed use business in downtown Winston. First time here and I will say it was worth the $8 for my La Luz Latte. Drinks are plant based and not over sweetened. Rachel is friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the perfect drink. Business has plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas while you listen to some chill music. Business also sells candles clothing and has a yoga school in back.

This place is a breath of fresh air for Winston Salem. It’s beautiful, inviting and very tasteful. The boutique provides a rather tranquil shopping experience while the cafe makes one want to try every single item. It definitely shows how worldly the owners are. ⭐️
