They took orders and really worked hard to complete in a timely manner. I noticed that under pressure they remained level headed and professional. They were really apologetic for the wait. I had a great experience and will definitely return.”

“I unintentionally arrived at the drive thru just minutes before closing time. The employees were fabulous in regards to not being upset about my last minute order. My food was prepared quickly and correctly. The lady working the register was friendly, upbeat, and made sure to ask if I needed additional condiments, napkins, etc for my food. I greatly appreciated their positive attitude and commitment to providing genuine, great, and efficient service.”

“Great staff, clean and nice, good food, only reason for 4 stars is simply because the waitstaff kept coming back to our table 'constantly'- to ask if we needed anything.. I understand they want to rotate tables out quickly for more patrons, but there were only maybe 2 other customers in there at 10pm (for late dinner), and my friend and I were clearly trying to converse about something 1 on 1. We were there for normal time, about 20 or so mins. total, so a little uncomfortable but that's likely due to waitress being young and trying to do a good job-- (if you're reading this honey, here's a tip: if the customer isn't looking around like they want something, then they're probably just fine). Other than that Waffle House in general has always been a great meal in my many experiences there! A+”

“It's a waffle house, there hit or miss. Quality of food always depends on the attentiveness of the cook, which in my case was also my waiter. She was prompt, well spoken and extremely multitasking but had it under control. She knew her job and did it with extreme finess and skill. 3 stars all due to her, not the establishment or anything else!!!”
